Swedish melodic metal supergroup Ginevra—featuring vocalist Kristian Fyhr (Seventh Crystal), guitarist Magnus Karlsson (The Ferrymen, Primal Fear), bassist Jimmy Jay (H.E.A.T.), and drummer Magnus Ulfstedt (ex-Eclipse, Nordic Union)—are set to release their second studio album, Beyond Tomorrow, on March 28, 2025, via Frontiers Music Srl.
To mark the occasion, the band has unveiled their first single from the album, “Moonlight”, along with an official music video.
Vocalist Kristian Fyhr explains the song’s meaning, saying:
“‘Moonlight’ tells a story about battling inner demons—losing control and pretending it will all disappear on its own.”
On the album as a whole, Fyhr shares:
“It’s about striving for a greater purpose—not religious or political, but personal. We all have around eighty years to leave our mark on this world, so we’d better make it count.”
